We take all seasons all year long, but here is a list of what we really need:

We are currently overstocked on mini dresses. While we accept these items all year round, we are only looking for the best condition and styles currently.
Step 1. Bring us your Clothes & Accessories.
Clean out your closet and bring us your freshly laundered, stylish clothes, shoes & accessories. We prefer items in bins or hampers. No trash bags or hangers, please.
Step 2. We’ll pay you Cash.
No appointment is necessary. Simply visit us when it’s convenient! The buy counter closes one hour before the store closes. Unlike consignment, we pay you cash on the spot or 25% more in store credit immediately. It’s so easy!
Step 3. Trade Up Your Wardrobe!
Change styles as often as we do. We buy 100’s of new items daily and are constantly adding new clothes to the racks. Getting ready for a change of season or style? We’ve got your covered!

To earn the most out of your things, make sure your items are freshly laundered, in great condition, and in current fashion. Be sure there are no rips or stains, and check for fading or missing buttons.
We buy items based on condition, style, inventory levels, and what sells well in our store. Just bring your things in a bin or bag, and we’ll have an offer ready quickly.

Our Pricing & Purchase Policies Explained
At Uptown, we try to price about 70-75% off the original retail price that it sold for new. We also refer to online sellers, like Posh Mark, to ensure we are inline with the used clothing market prices. There is a limit to how high we are able to price and pay out on very high end items (Gucci, Prada, Christian Louboutin, etc.), so selling us these items is a great option if you are just looking for some quick cash or don’t want to invest time trying to sell it yourself online.
We offer you 25-35% of the selling price in cash or 25% more in store credit that never expires. (Example: $10 cash or $12.50 store credit.) If you wish to get some credit and some cash, let us know WHEN YOU CHECK IN and we can do two separate buys, one for credit and one for cash if there is enough to do both. You must let us know in advance, BEFORE we start buying, as we cannot split the payment after your items are entered.
Our pricing and payout is standard for the industry but people new to the resale experience are sometimes disappointed by what we can offer. If you are bringing in clothes that sold new for $100, they will likely be priced in the $25-35 range, which would probably pay you out somewhere between $7.50 to $12.25. or $9.38 to $15.31 in store credit. If you have a lot of items and you’re looking to clear out and/or trade up, this is a great way to go. However, if you have specific items you want more for, selling on your own may be better for you if you’re willing to devote the time.
